place a device that gives off a faint signal or can be turned into a visual, like a map. You could place a receiver in your living room, or part of an artpiece. You bury it when you bury a loved one, it goes with them and is activated on burial. then your receiver shines or emits a light or image showing that the sensor is there with the loved one.
